Mission

Power Up Community Center delivers integrated, evidence-based outpatient care for mental health and substance use disorders (including MAT) in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and accessible manner (in-person and telehealth). Through strong partnerships with primary care and community organizations, we empower individuals and families with education, support, and evidence-based treatment to build resilience and hope, improving outcomes for diverse populations.

Vision Statement

PUCC is a Portland, Oregon-based organization envisioning an equitable health landscape in which individuals and families have ready access to integrated, evidence-based outpatient mental health and substance use care, delivered through in-person and telehealth modalities, and rooted in cultural responsiveness with a steadfast commitment to dignity and equity for every person and family we serve, including those who are dual-diagnosed, housing-insecure, veterans, and immigrant/refugee populations. We are dedicated to advancing accessible mental health and substance use services for our community, fostering dignity and hope for all.
